Meet Fury!

Meet Fury, a 9 year old female Terrier, Pit Bull/Mix. His adoption fees are 50% off.

Fury finds herself here looking for a new home because her owners moved and couldn’t take her with them. She still has a lot of spring in her step. Fury is a bit overweight, but truly enjoys her walks and activity. She would benefit from a new home with owners who can commit to her daily walks so she can get her girlish figure back to enjoy a healthy long life with her new family.

Fury is a gentle walker while on the leash and appears house-trained. She is having a great time interacting with other dogs in the play yard. She has a calm disposition, is gentle and affectionate, and could be the perfect companion you've been hoping to meet.

Fury also qualifies for our Seniors-For-Seniors Program. Any person over the age of 60 can adopt any animal over 8 years of age at no charge. License fees will apply.

Help Our Cause

Animal Services intakes over 6,000 dogs and cats annually. Many are reunited with their owners, adopted into new homes, or transferred to partnering rescue organizations. Unfortunately, approximately 60% are euthanized.

The event helps raise funds in support of the adoption and spay/neuter programs at the Animal Services Center.

Help us raise funds to purchase supplies for the Spay/Neuter program, Adoption Program, microchip idenitification, Enrichment Program, and Foster Program. Your charitable gift is tax deductible and will help save lives and provide comfort to so many animals in need. Please make a donation today.
